Hello all. We would like to take this opportunity to publish our salon's service satisfaction policy. At Louisville Nails and Spa we take great pride in our work. We guarantee your nails will be fantastic when you leave our shop. Although we are not able to offer monetary refunds, if for any reason you are not satisfied, or if your nails chip or have any type of defect, we will fix them once within 7 days of the original service free of charge. Please call for appointment.
