Hello all. We would like to take this opportunity to publish our salon's service satisfaction policy. At Louisville Nails and Spa we take great pride in our work. We guarantee your nails will be fantastic when you leave our shop. Although we are not able to offer monetary refunds, if for any reason you are not satisfied, or if your nails chip or have any type of defect, we will fix them once within 7 days of the original service free of charge. Please call for appointment.

I have been to this salon several times and normally I leave more than satisfied but this last time I went I was so disappointed 😔. I left hating my nails. I asked for chrome and the picture I showed was not even close to what I had got. I was new to chrome so didn't know how they did it but I will never get it again. My nails look so ugly and so unclean. I also had my eye brows waxed and the lady literally burnt my eye brows. I have blisters.
